Lucy Lavers - at Dunkirk

21/05/2015

She's made it - Lucy Lavers has reached Dunkirk.

She received a warm welcome, with 1940's music, from the town of Dunkirk.  There was plenty of emotion on board as she arrived.  Now Lucy Lavers is safely moored alongside boats Nyula and Ona.

This morning, Friday 22nd May, HRH Prince Michael of Kent inspected the fleet in his role as Honorary Admiral of the Association of Dunkirk Little Ships.  He took a special interest in Lucy Lavers.
